To ensure that Business Continuity is considered for all projects and initiatives within the company, Business Continuity shall be given specific consideration at the SDM (Scope Definition Meeting) stage of the inception phase of our iDeliver project life cycle process. A member of the BCMG should be present at all SDMs to ensure business continuity is fully considered.
