The purpose of this course is to educate you on PAS policies and procedures when marketing properties. You will also learn best practices when working with PAS and your Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Consultant (HMC) to increase the marketability of Real Estate Owned (REO) properties and influence the stabilization of communities.
